You should be aware of potential import taxes in your own country. We are not able to reduce the value on custom slips so please do not ask.

Shipping & Returns:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Once an order has been shipped it is in the hands of the postal system (and eventually, your local postal service).

We ship all orders outside of Germany by registered airmail.

If an order is lost or stolen, we can not be held accountable.
