Please be aware that unless the item or items are damaged as a result of poor packaging by us (and NOT poor and/or irresponsible treatment by the postal/delivery service), or not the actual item/items you ordered, we do not grant refunds or cancellations of the order.
We currently ship all orders outside of Germany by REGISTERED post, and we will NOT refund lost parcels. If you experience lost parcels or believe there to be any chance of orders getting lost, then we encourage you to NOT place an order with us.
We do NOT grant random refunds, or accept groundless cancellation requests. If you are not 100% in control of your finances, or do not have a clear overview of your immediate financial future, then do NOT place an order with us. We are not here to hold on to your money, only to give it back to you later.
