WHILE WE SHIP EVERYTHING REGISTERED MAIL - tracking numbers are not sent out automatically with orders. If you need or just prefer to know the tracking number, we are happy to provide it for you. Just contact the above email address with your order information.

While we take great care in packaging every item we ship, damaged items due to postal service negligence can and will happen.  We will replace anything at our cost in full, if the damage is the result of improper packaging or appear to be a factory defect.  Everything else will require the customer to get in touch with the postal service responsible.  Common issues due to improper care by the post include warped LPs, dents and cracks on sleeves/jackets, cracked or crushed cd cases, etc.  

*Warped LPs - While not common, it is possible for a record to become warped in transit.   This falls under the category of damaged by the post.  When improper weight is placed on a shipment with an LP, especially in high heat, the weight can alter and warp the record.    

We currently ship all orders outside of Germany by REGISTERED post, and we will NOT refund lost parcels. If you experience lost parcels or believe there to be any chance of orders getting lost, then we encourage you to NOT place an order with us.

We do NOT grant random refunds, or accept groundless cancellation requests. If you are not 100% in control of your finances, or do not have a clear overview of your immediate financial future, then do NOT place an order with us. We are not here to hold on to your money, only to give it back to you later.
